sweet tomatoes obsession

Do you guys have a Sweet Tomatoes where you're from? I am OBSESSED with it! They have a huge salad bar and lots of soups that are so yummy. It's super cheap (like $8) all you can eat. Here's a little something from their website:
My aunt was visiting from Ohio and we had plans of taking her to some really nice restaurants but she went to Sweet Tomatoes for her first lunch and was absolutely hooked- she had it like 5 times in the 5 days she was here! She kinda gave me the Sweet Tomatoes bug even more and I've been craving it like crazy. It makes it way easier for a girl like me who doesn't like salads all that much to enjoy them :)
"Let's just say within 24 hours of being in the ground, it's on a refrigerated truck on its way to us. Our food is made from scratch every day. Our salad bar buffet features over 50 fresh ingredients, including specialty tossed and prepared salads. In addition to salads, we serve original recipe hot pastas, hand-crafted soups, scratch-made muffins, and Focaccia breads in our hot buffet. Create. Indulge. Enjoy."

Friday & OOTD

I started my new job on Monday and had Friday off which was so nice because I had friends in town. The daytime was spent relaxing by the pool, sipping on sweet tea vodka, and cooling down in the shade of the cabana at the Phoenician pool.
At night we had dinner at The Ocean Club which was AMAZING. We had an entire room to ourselves, with two waiters there at all times, and the food and wine just didn't stop coming. I had the crab cocktail to start, chilean sea bass for my main, and lobster mashed potatoes, crab gnocchi, and potatoes au gratin... mmmm mmmm! Here's what I wore:

Joie blouse, JBrand black skinny jeans, Guiseppe Zanotti heals, Fendi Baguette
So I had an awesome Friday and now its back to work! Hope everyone has a great weekend :)

buffalo chicken dip

I kinda don't want to post this because I want to be the person with the best dip recipe but it's too good not to share and that would just be selfish of me. With the end of football season, it is the perfect time to try this recipe out. It is super easy, quick, and so so good!
3/4 C. Franks Buffalo Hot Sauce (I like it pretty hot so I usually dump half the bottle in)
2 10oz cans chunky white chicken, drained (I actually use 1 12.5ish oz can)
1 C. Ranch Dressing
2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
Shredded cheddar cheese
Mix hot sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese until smooth. Gently add chucked chicken (before I add the chicken I dump it out on a cutting board and break it up into really small pieces with a fork and knife- it comes apart really easy). Mix everything together and put into an 8" or 9" casserole dish.
Bake at 300º for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese during the last 5 minutes. Serve with tostido chips and/or celery sticks!
